Surroundings payment system is through PayPal.
All returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued though PayPal in the form they were received. Items must be returned in the condition sold with a copy of the receipt. Please be sure to return the item in a well packaged box and fully insured for the item. Surroundings is not responsible for return shipments that are lost in the mail. All purchases can be returned in person at the Surroundings store location, 1708 Sunset Blvd., Houston, TX 77005. Please call in advance if returning a large item, such as a piece of furniture. All costs of the return shipments are the responsibility of the owner.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt of arrival as no claims can be made after 7 days. Please contact us immediately at 713-527-9838 for a replacement or refund. UPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage, so please hold onto all packing materials and the damaged item until further notice.
We currently only ship to addresses in the continental United States. All orders are either shipped UPS Ground or through the United States Postal Service, whichever is cheaper. Orders usually ship within 2 business days of placement. All delivery times are estimates though, so please contact us if timing is critical.
Sales tax will be added to all shipments mailed within Texas.
Cancelled orders that have been processed and packaged, will have a 15% restocking fee. If the order has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.
