Wood used was sourced in West University, Bastrop and Rosenberg. Please allow for variation as each item is handmade. Knife measures approximately 7” long. Hand-wash only. Seal with food safe oil. Types of wood vary from mesquite, Mexican plum, pecan, apple, and hop hornbeam.
